
HR and Recruiting Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR and Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will support day-to-day HR operations and lead full-cycle recruitment to attract and retain top talent. You’ll collaborate across departments to enhance the employee experience and support company growth through strategic hiring and effective HR practices.
Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Maintain timely communication with all candidates.
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong phone etiquette and communications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high attention to detail.
