
Marketing Coordinator
We’re seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our content marketing efforts across multiple industries. This role focuses on identifying social media trends, building monthly content calendars, and guiding our editor and graphic designer with clear direction. You’ll also help us measure what’s working by pulling social media analytics and making data-driven suggestions.
Key Responsibilities:
Research current social media trends relevant to client industries
Build monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing manager
Provide creative direction for captions, imagery, and video content
Write compelling captions tailored to platform tone and client voice
Search and suggest high-impact hashtags to boost engagement
Pull and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)
Report on post and campaign performance to evaluate strategy effectiveness
Make suggestions to improve performance based on data insights
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Experience in content strategy, social media coordination, or analytics
Proficient in using insights tools (e.g., Instagram/Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, Later, or Metricool)
Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
