Web & Multimedia Specialist

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

 

This individual will be responsible for helping to bring digital presence to life through engaging web design and compelling multimedia content.  

 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

 

Design, develop, and maintain the company website and related digital platforms. 

Ensure a responsive, user-friendly experience across all devices. 

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues while implementing updates and enhancements. 

Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns. 

Capture and edit photography to support digital content, social media, and promotional materials. 

Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging multimedia content that aligns with EPC’s brand messaging. 

Assist with filming and editing podcasts, including audio and video editing. 

Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth production process (experience is a plus, not required). 

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT 

 

Proven experience in web design and maintenance (knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common CMS platforms is essential). 

Strong videography and photography skills, with proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). 

Excellent visual storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail. 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 

Experience with podcast production and editing. 

Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends. 

Basic graphic design skills for creating visual content (e.g., infographics, social media visuals).

WHAT TO EXPECT 

  

Office and vehicle environments will be standard practice. 

May be required to stand, sit, bend, twist, and reach as part of the job. 

Extended periods of standing on your feet may be required. 

May be required to lift up to 50 pounds. 

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, or other job-related pre-hire screenings related to the job. 

Some overnight travel (up to 25%) may be required via plane, train, automobile, or other means.
