Summary:
Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC (“ACM”) is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for teamwork and marketing. The Mortgage Sales Assistant will play a critical role in lead generation, managing social media accounts, engaging with clients, and assisting with various office tasks alongside a mortgage sales team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
· Manage social media accounts and track performance
· Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
· Research and implement strategies to generate leads
· Assist Loan Officers with local events and networking opportunities
· Maintain calendars and schedules for campaigns and events
Requirements:
· Internship or work experience in marketing, real estate, or mortgage-related industries
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
· Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Proficiency with marketing technology and social media platforms
· Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
