Part Time ABA Behavior Technician

AKABA LLC. welcomes reliable and enthusiastic professionals to join us as ABA Therapists or Behavior Techs! 

ABA Therapists or Behavior Techs work 1 to 1 to help provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services in the home, community, and at the AKABA center to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. They work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and with families to implement skill programs and behavior support plans that help clients reach individualized and significant milestones.

  • Position pays between $20-25 per hour.
  • Currently hiring for Worcester and surrounding towns.

Qualifications: 

  • Applicants should enjoy working with children.
  • Applicants should have reliable and private vehicle available for travel with clients (if needed).
  • Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus, but not a requirement.

*Please note: This is a regular, year-round position.

Hours: ABA Techs run sessions with their client(s)n usually on weekdays for about 3-5 hours primarily after school to evening time (between 2:30-8:00 pm). However, schedules are flexible and set based on availability and client assignment. Saturday shifts may also be available.
