Social Media & Outreach Manager (In-Office – Alpharetta, GA)

Full-Time | $60,000–$75,000 | Onsite

Reframe is hiring a Social Media & Outreach Manager to join our in-office team in Atlanta. This is a unique, high-visibility role for someone who blends strong relationship-building skills with creative content execution across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

We’re looking for someone who’s equally excited about sending thoughtful outreach messages as they are jumping on camera to film a TikTok or Reels video. If you’re strategic, resourceful, and people-oriented—and you love experimenting with short-form video and social campaigns—we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow Reframe’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn
  • Lead personalized outreach campaigns to partners, creators, and communities
  • Create and star in short-form video content for ads, campaigns, and educational moments
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, influencers, and community leaders
  • Develop strategic messaging for cold outreach and follow-ups that feel human, not templated
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams to align messaging and content strategy
  • Track performance and adapt messaging or formats based on real-time engagement data
     

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Are comfortable and confident filming yourself for videos and ads
  • Have a knack for writing personable, effective outreach messages
  • Are experienced with TikTok and Meta platforms
  • Understand how to build relationships that go beyond the first DM or email
  • Are thoughtful, organized, and able to manage multiple outreach streams
  • Are based in—or open to relocating to—Atlanta for an in-office role
