Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to drive consumer growth and spearhead our consumer business initiatives. The successful candidate will manage our social media presence, ensuring timely execution of partner posts, overseeing account performance, and providing excellent customer support. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to tackle routine tasks efficiently, with the opportunity to grow into a supervisory role by managing one to two interns in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consumer Growth & Business Initiatives:
  • Spearhead strategies to enhance consumer engagement and drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance.
• Account Management:
  • Manually review social media accounts daily to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create new social media accounts and set up corresponding graphics as needed.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of posts from our partners.
• Customer Support:
  • Provide front-line support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration & Future Leadership:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of initiative.
• Basic experience with Meta products and other social media platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo training and develop new skills.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
