The Role
As an SDR at Blink Voice, you’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process. Your job is to identify, contact, and qualify potential business customers who could benefit from a phone system upgrade. You’ll work directly with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Make cold calls, send emails, and engage on LinkedIn to connect with business owners, IT leaders, and office managers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations
- Set appointments and demos for senior sales reps
- Maintain clean, accurate data in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Help test messaging and improve outbound campaigns based on results
