Duties
Are you Wilder's next Operations Supervisor? Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team in Saint Paul providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come! We are hiring a full time Operations Supervisor to provide supervision and coordination of administrative support functions for Wilder’s Community Mental Health and Wellness Programs in assigned program area(s) such as managing clinical schedules, coordinating alternative scheduling, overseeing program purchases and serving as petty cash custodian, coaching employees, troubleshooting technology needs and issues and developing and maintaining systems to meet program requirements.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative coordination experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience required. Previous medical or mental health office management experience preferred. Strong organization, time management and problem solving skills; Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of computer applications or systems and awareness of new technology; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience; Basic understanding of accounting and financial management; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must be highly adaptive and flexible to meet the needs of a diverse team and clientele; Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and projects.
