-Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage canvassing staff—cultivating a strong, motivated, and goal-oriented team.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies that effectively engage target communities and deliver measurable results.
- Conduct regular field visits to support team members, model best practices, and maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, coach for improvement, and recognize success with opportunities for advancement.
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics, including scheduling, territory planning, and supply management.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of outreach results and campaign benchmarks.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, outreach materials, and messaging that connect with the public.
- Qualifications:
- Experience in team leadership, ideally in canvassing, sales, or grassroots organizing.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with door-to-door outreach or telemarketing is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, assess progress, and adjust tactics as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and foster a collaborative team culture.
