Position Description
The Enrollment Manager at St. Augustine Preparatory Academy (Aug Prep) North Campus plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school community. This individual will lead the enrollment process of new students for the North Campus, which will open in the 2026–2027 school year with a target of 300 students, growing to 1,000 students within 7-10 years. This person must have a deep desire to establish a diverse student body (socio-economically, culturally and racially) at our new campus. The position demands attention to detail and a hands-on approach to ensure that enrollment targets are met and that our student body reflects the rich diversity and values central to Aug Prep's mission. The person must also be highly relational, able to connect with and build relationships with families from a variety of backgrounds.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of student enrollment processes for the North Campus, including managing application reviews, conducting family interviews, coordinating enrollment paperwork including Choice applications, processing admissions decisions, and facilitating the registration and onboarding of new students.
- Managing student offboarding (end dating in the SIS, collecting and organizing the appropriate withdrawal paperwork)
- Ensure accurate and timely population of the student information system with all relevant student data.
- Implement enrollment plans in alignment with the school's vision and goals for the new campus.
- Collaborate with the Family Department for student engagement and retention.
- Maintain strong, transparent, and proactive communication with families to ensure they are well-informed and supported throughout the enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the school to organize orientations and align on timelines.
- Coordinate with the Compliance department on meeting the requirements for the various funding programs for students.
- Report on progress towards enrollment goals and other key metrics for the North Campus.
- As enrollment grows toward the 1,000 student target, build and manage an enrollment team to support the expanding campus needs.
- Continuously review processes and procedures to streamline and enhance the enrollment process.
- Ensure timely processing of orientations, report cards, IEPs, and other necessary enrollment documents.
- Collaborate with the Special Education Team and school level admin to review documents such as IEPs, Choice documents, and financial aid application and tuition payments, while maintaining effective communication with families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in education administration or enrollment management.
- Familiarity with PowerSchool SIS, Finalsite Admissions, the Special Needs Scholarship Program, and/or the Choice program preferred.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A detail-oriented professional with a commitment to serving the whole child with excellence – mind, body and soul.
- Comfortable communicating with families in large and small group settings.
- Ability to manage enrollment processes and execute plans effectively.
- Commitment to the values and vision of Aug Prep, including our emphasis on faith, family, academics, and athletics/arts.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team, parents, and our diverse community.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently find solutions to problems and diffuse difficult situations.
- Participating member of a church.
