FINANCIAL ANALYST Internship– JOB POSTING

A Connecticut Family Office that invests in private and public businesses. We invest our capital globally. Our six-person team has over 125 years of investment management expertise. We conduct deep fundamental analysis and bottom-up due diligence on investment ideas. Our team members work directly on a multitude of investment opportunities without being encumbered by the restrictions imposed by large organizations. Compensation will include salary a discretionary bonus and potential co-investment opportunities.  

 

Position Summary

  • We are currently seeking a college student for a summer internship for Summer 2025 (5 days in office/week) working as an Analyst for our Darien, CT investment team. We see opportunities across several areas, geographies, sectors and capitalizations. We are particularly focused on private debt investments. 
  • This position will be involved in the entire investment process from screening, analyzing credit quality, primary research, and making investment recommendations as well as substantial interaction, and idea-sharing with the team.

 

Qualifications & Attributions

  • A college student working towards a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record in Business, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Economics. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • A genuine and passionate interest in investing and idea generation.
  • Self-motivated with limited need for supervision.
  • A team player with an outstanding work ethic.
  • Competent in financial literacy and spreadsheet skills. Ability to take raw data, create financial models and convert the data into actionable insights.
  • Healthy blend of humility and confidence with a strong desire to learn.
