Eccomerce Office Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and organized Office Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and wants to learn all aspects of how a company runs. You'll play a key part in handling sales and marketing inquiries, assisting with light selling, and supporting both administrative and creative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales and marketing inquiries via phone, email, and social media

Assist with light selling and customer engagement

Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports

Create and post content on social media platforms

Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

Perform light filing and general office organization

Support various departments and learn the ins and outs of the business

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Comfortable with basic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
