This is a role that:

In this role you will:

- Ensure SOP and SLA expectations are met and exceeded through regular communication and relationship-building. Be a key operational liaison between operations and our important customers.

- You will be responsible for the day to the operations of specific customers.

- You will pick and pack orders and develop a team to help you deliver quality to our customers.

- You will work closely with Team Leads to improve the customer experience.

- You will have a say in the direction of the growth strategy.

- You will want to be more than just a warehouse person; you want a career and will show it through this role.

- Be a quick learner with technology and ensure that data is kept up to date and accurate.

- You will be a proactive problem solver with a solutions mindset.
