About the Role:
The Administrative Coordinator helps to coordinate all marketing and advertising communications, i.e., marketing tracking forms, placing ads, invoice processing, purchase order requests, tracking ad effectiveness and viable ad listing locations. The Administrative Coordinator will have day-to-day interactions and communications with vendors, property managers, corporate office personnel and others.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the coordination of marketing projects to support the marketing department and the company’s portfolio of multi-family properties.
- Work with design team on the coordination of developing brand creative, signage and digital campaigns to meet deadlines.
- Audit and assist with website development and updates.
- Input and track marketing projects.
- Work with outside vendors, managing vendor projects and timelines.
- Stay up to date on projects with task manager software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing projects and events.
- Responsible for ordering marketing materials and signage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Administrative work
- Proficiency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must be extremely detailed and organized.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Standing, walking, bending, sitting, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to pass drug and background screenings.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
