Position: Tax Associate (Entry-Level, Remote)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Tax Associate to join our team. No prior work experience is required (yet preferred), but we seek individuals who are eager to learn about tax, accounting, and tax credit consulting. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, value stability, and are excited to work on complex projects.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in R&D tax credit studies by analyzing financial and technical data
- Collaborate with engineers, tax professionals, and lawyers to prepare reports and documentation
- Support tax credit calculations and client communications
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations
- Help with various tax-related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- No prior experience required – just a strong willingness to learn and great attitude
- Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Stability and commitment – We need team members who are reliable and dedicated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during tax seasons
