Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service/Sales Manager to join our team in Columbus, NE. This dual-role position is key to our continued success, overseeing both the sales and service operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our service sales efforts, ensuring that we continue to grow our client base and deepen our relationships with existing customers. Additionally, you will manage our service fulfillment team of technicians to deliver outstanding service on every job.

Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in our service contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector.

Provide leadership and support to the sales team, setting targets and ensuring they are met.

Service Fulfillment:

Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and quality control of all service work.

Ensure that all service commitments are fulfilled to the highest standards.

Manage and mentor the service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in both sales and service management, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions is highly desirable.
