Budgeted Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

Our offices are based in the heart of the Loop in downtown Chicago, but we are pleased to note that our Chicago office is operating on a hybrid work model (mix of in-office and remote work).

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in revenue optimization and pricing execution, taking charge of in-depth analysis, formulating actionable recommendations, and regularly evaluating performance to ensure our strategies are on track. You will have a direct impact on our business, and the value you add will be clearly visible every day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance revenue management processes, leading or contributing to the development of automation improvements
- Create and implement reports that support revenue management decisions, including defining internal business guidelines and procedures
- Conduct strategic reviews of historical market performance and develop new pricing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Data Analytics, Guest Services, Operations, and IT) on both new and ongoing initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in a quantitative or analytical field from an accredited institution
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong curiosity about understanding how things work and the ability to research and resolve issues
- A proactive approach to tackling challenges, viewing them as opportunities for improvement
- Capable of defining problems, conducting research with both internal and external data sources, drawing inferences, recommending actionable solutions, and implementing changes while evaluating their impact.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
