Voice Up is trailblazing a new approach to student-athlete development that focuses on purpose-driven brand building and community impact. While traditional NIL management often focuses solely on monetization, we take a holistic approach that puts purpose at the center of everything.

Voice Up brings a systematic approach to helping students discover their purpose through a unique application process that includes mental health assessments and purpose exploration. We provide expertise in athlete representation, brand development, and creating monetization pathways that align with athletes' authentic stories.

We're building an ecosystem where:

## Internship Focus Areas (Choose One)
1. **Brand Development**: Help student-athletes craft authentic narratives that connect to their deeper purpose and resonate with audiences.

2. **Business Infrastructure**: Support the development of systems and processes that can be replicated across communities to create sustainable NIL opportunities.

3. **Financial Education**: Create educational content to help student-athletes understand financial literacy and business fundamentals.

4. **Community Impact**: Design campaigns that connect student-athletes with local businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

5. **Support System Development**: Work on educational initiatives for the friends and family surrounding student-athletes to create purpose-driven support networks.

## Learning Outcomes
As an intern, you will:
- Understand the evolving NIL landscape and how it creates opportunities for purpose-driven entrepreneurship
- Develop practical skills in brand building, marketing, and business development
- Learn how to create educational content that transforms complex business concepts into accessible information
- Gain experience working with diverse student-athletes across multiple markets
- Contribute to innovative systems that can be replicated nationally

## Requirements
- Strong interest in sports, education, entrepreneurship, and/or mental health
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
- Commitment to serving diverse student populations

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Wix platform for website development and management
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web interface development
- Background in digital marketing or social media management
- Understanding of collegiate athletics or experience as a student-athlete
- Familiarity with brand development and storytelling
