Marketing and Administrative Intern
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Partner with the President and Director of Operations to develop integrated marketing, advertising, public relations, and communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives and sales goals.
- Graphic Design Oversight: Manage design projects for promotional materials such as postcards, brochures, signage, and more, ensuring adherence to brand standards and a high-quality, polished aesthetic.
- Brochure Production: Oversee the creation and production of a magazine-style concert program book, ensuring all content is informative, accurate, and maximized for ad sales.
- Print Materials Coordination: Oversee the production of print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all staff members and external partners maintain a consistent brand voice and look across all marketing materials and communications.
- Content Creation & Management: Curate and review written, photo, and video content for social media platforms.
- Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote sales, events, and updates, tailoring content for maximum effectiveness.
- Website Management: Collaborate with President and Director of Operations to manage and update the brand website (using WordPress), ensuring content remains current, engaging, and aligned with marketing efforts.

- Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.

- Office Administration: Assist with office administrative functions, including handling mail, packages, and managing communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and engaging messaging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and daily administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in, or ability to train and learn WordPress for website content management and updates.
- Proficiency in, or ability to train and learn Shopify for website content management and updates.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including artistic, operations, and development teams.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and marketing efforts.
- Experience in customer service.
