This is a sales bootcamp — a fast-paced, real-world experience where you’ll be thrown into the fire (the good kind) and come out with hands-on skills that most grads don’t get until their second or third job.

• Generating your own leads and managing them with real CRM tools
• Scheduling, following up, and closing like a pro
• Running and owning your own territory like a true operator
• Getting involved in grassroots recruiting
• Presenting, negotiating, and ultimately closing deals that matter

• Hourly Base Pay – keep it steady
• Full Commission – take the gamble, bet on yourself, and go all in
