Part-Time Receptionist/File Room Clerk
Mid-size downtown law firm is seeking a part-time receptionist/file room clerk. Candidates must be able to operate standard office equipment including computer, copier, scanner, fax machine, and postage meter as well as a multi-line switchboard. Job duties include preparing files to be closed, making bank deposits, sorting and distributing mail, front desk receptionist, as well as other general office duties. Organizational and typing skills, computer skills and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively are required.
