Real Estate Development Intern

Eden Wood Realty is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the real estate development process, from initial site selection to project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with market research and feasibility analysis for potential development projects.
• Research and compile data on demographics, zoning regulations, and market trends.
• Create and maintain project presentations and financial models.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential investors and lenders.
• Participate in site visits and due diligence processes.
• Draft correspondence and prepare reports for senior development staff.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in real estate, business, finance, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
