Fleet Management Student Assistant
The incumbent will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, copying, filing, scanning, other clerical duties, data entry and reconciliation, research, reporting and analysis. The incumbent will assist with statewide initiatives, the development of fleet policies and procedures, and the creation and distribution of statewide communications. Fleet Management is frequently tasked with urgent, highly sensitive and challenging assignments for the Executive Chamber, DOB and other control agencies which require the full attention of Fleet Management leadership for successful execution.

OGS Fleet Management is responsible for the management, maintenance, coverage, and procurement of OGS vehicle assets as well as the development and administration of Statewide Fleet Enterprise Initiatives.

Variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to answering phones, copying, filing, scanning, other clerical duties, data
entry and reconciliation, research, and analysis. Perform assigned day to day tasks and assigned to assist with ongoing projects.
Typical schedule would be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
