Executive Assistant to the CEO

As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with our senior leadership team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with special projects.

The Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO who will go beyond traditional administrative duties and play a key role in driving high-priority initiatives, project management, and executive decision-making. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment across the leadership team, managing critical projects, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the executive office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of leading initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. 

Skills & Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree preferred. 

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward with a proactive and results-oriented approach. 

Exceptional proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking. 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

Ability to work independently and take initiative. 

Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. 

High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information. 

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
