About the role

As a Paid Digital Media Intern, you will gain hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms including Meta, Spotify, Yelp, and Google. This role involves active participation in campaign setup, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and generating insightful reports on campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and drive measurable results for our clients.


 

We are looking for candidates with a cooperative and positive attitude, willingness to participate and assist with any sort of project, strong interest in digital marketing and analytics, as well as the ability to think critically and communicate professionally verbally and in writing. Other marketing experience is welcomed but not necessary.

 

This is a part-time position between 8-12 hours per week with a 3-month duration. All hours must be worked in office during office hours: Monday – Thursday, 8-4pm (WFH is not allowed for this position). Candidate must be located on O‘ahu.


 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Paid Ads Campaign Management

  • Work with internal departments to strategize and create ad creative
  • Manage, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals and audiences
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs
  • Create client reports to keep clients informed on their campaign progress
  • Communicate with internal teams about campaign performance


 

Other tasks will be assigned as needed


 

Candidate requirements

  • Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Yelp, Google, and Spotify
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Looker Studio preferred but not required
  • A creative and analytical problem solver with a keen eye for both strategy and execution
  • Strong team player with a cooperative, positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • No task is too big or too small for this candidate!
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 per company vaccination policy

Application Process

Here’s what you can expect as an applicant of this position:


 

  1. Evaluation: We will email any candidates we feel may be a good fit for the position with a practical evaluation. We ask that interested candidates return the assignment within 7 days. The assignment should take between 2-4 hours.
  2. Phone Interview: A member of Team Vibe will call candidates to conduct a 20-30 minute phone interview. During this call we’d love to get to know you a bit better and learn why you’re interested in Vibe. We also welcome any questions you may have about the role or our company.
  3. Video Interview: We will set up a group interview via Google Meets with relevant Vibe team members. We’ll throw a lot of questions your way in a random order. Feel free to throw random questions back our way, too!
