(RSTC) is a private equity-backed venture builder and backend automation consultancy deploying scalable automation infrastructure for founders, government contractors, and digital operators. We specialize in custom workflow engineering using n8n, LangChain, Power Automate, and vector database integration to create lean, no-code/low-code automations that drive growth and eliminate inefficiency.
We are seeking a results-driven Account Development Manager (ADM) to join our backend automation consulting division. As an ADM, you will serve as the first point of contact for new client accounts, qualifying leads, building client relationships, and working directly with our technical team to scope custom automation projects built on the n8n workflow orchestration stack.
You’ll be the bridge between technical execution and business opportunity—matching client pain points with custom automation solutions and building long-term consulting and support relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, outreach, referrals, and channel partnerships.
Discovery & Scoping
Lead initial discovery calls to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities within client operations.
Proposal & Presentation Development
Translate client requirements into proposals, wireframes, and solution outlines in collaboration with technical leads.
Client Communication & Reporting
Serve as the point of contact for client onboarding, updates, and reporting. Maintain high-touch communication throughout project lifecycles.
Deal Structuring & Closing
Support pricing strategy, deal negotiation, and client onboarding for new automation and integration projects.
Collaborate with DevOps/Engineering
Relay client feedback and use-case requirements to the n8n and LangChain engineering team for delivery.
Preferred Background & Experience
2+ years experience in B2B sales, client success, or account development
Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, Make, etc.)
Experience selling SaaS, consulting services, or technical solutions
Strong understanding of backend workflows, APIs, CRMs, and integrations
Comfortable translating business needs into technical project specs
Clear, confident communicator with excellent follow-through

Contribution to refining offer/product-market fit
Base Salary
Mid-level Account Dev Manager: $60,000–$80,000 (typical in B2B SaaS/consulting)
Subscription Sales Commission (Industry Standard)
Typical SaaS commission: 10–20% of first-year subscription revenue
Recurring Automation Service Commission
8% of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from consulting retainers or service agreements
