HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources. This is a part-time on-site position, 20 hours, 3-days a week, Tuesday to Thursday.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and training and

wellness programs.

  • Help in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
