Marketing Manager 

Position: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Sales Director

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and growth-minded Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and positioning of Tite-Dri, our line of high-performance absorbent pads used across various industrial applications—including meat, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, pet care, and spill control.

In this B2B-focused role, you’ll play a key part in building brand visibility and communicating what sets Tite-Dri apart like: flexibility, consistent product quality, long-term partnerships with clients and vendors, and a strong internal positive organizational culture. You’ll also help us grow our presence in the industry through online channels (webpage, youtube, social media, etc.), email campaigns, and trade events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and preference for the Tite-Dri brand.
  • Craft messaging that reflects our values: flexibility, quality, collaboration, and internal strength.
  • Update, improve, and manage the company’s website to ensure relevance and performance.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms and email newsletters.
  • Design digital materials that support the sales team’s efforts and client communication.
  • Organize and represent Tite-Dri at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and industry stakeholders.
  • Support internal branding efforts that reinforce a positive workplace culture and team alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Perform role of salesperson when required by the Sales Director 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep Tite-Dri ahead of the curve.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of B2B digital marketing tools (website, email platforms, social media).
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills (English proficiency required).
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Open to learning from experienced members of the company, and willing to work under pressure.
  • Open to being developed as a sales manager to support the growth of the business.
  • Fast learning skills to quickly understand our products: technology, benefits, applications, technical limitations. 
  • Outgoing, professional, and comfortable representing the company at events.
  • A team player with a genuine desire to help the company grow—and grow with the company.
