Marketing Manager

Marketing  Manager

 

PGF Technology Group is looking for a driven Marketing Manager to lead our company's brand management and help us drive revenue growth. This role will come with expectations of growing the team. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our team and help grow.

Responsibilities

 

  • Create and execute long-term marketing strategies and annual plans that align with the company’s business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and define key target markets, including industries such as automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, etc. Tailor marketing initiatives to meet the unique needs of each segment.
  • Create high-quality marketing content (website, blogs, technical sheets, case studies, white papers, videos, presentations, brochures).
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads. Focus on digital marketing, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, monitor sales pipeline progress, and provide actionable insights.
  •  Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, focusing on brand awareness and exciting projects.
  •  Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Plan and manage the company’s participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Organize booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead capture and customer engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to the most impactful activities. Provide regular updates to senior management on budget performance and campaign effectiveness.

 

Knowledge/Education

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Sales and Marketing in the industrial field
  • Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board and Cable Assemblies is a plus

Experience

  • Three to five years of experience marketing and sales
  • Successful previous experience as a sales and marketing; consistently meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Experience in customer relationship management.

 

Salary

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience
