Associate Scientist

Job Description

Duties:

• Support reagent manufacturing by assisting in production, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Conduct investigations into internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to reagents.
• Assist in developing and improving reagent manufacturing processes and/or products.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Design and execute experiments and testing schemes, analyze data, and interpret results.
• Write protocols, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to a cross-functional team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in reagent manufacturing, quality control, or process development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
