Research and Development Intern

Reporting to the Project Manager, assist with a variety of research projects for potential business in the surrounding areas. Assist the Project Manager with various other tasks with sister companies. Analyze market trends, demographics and economic data to assess the feasibility of new projects/opportunities/properties for all under the umbrella. Develop innovative strategies for acquiring, designing, and managing real estate properties. Study, analyze and assess competitor business practices and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Research have and understanding of relevant zoning and housing regulations in different regions.
