Project Coordinator

Manage office operations for a small Contracting Business specializing in Residential Construction and Homestead Infrastructure Projects. Create and Organize Marketing Content for use in social media and in person community networks. Annual and perennial garden operations and maintenance. Supporting and coordinating educational and instructional workshops.

Office tasks include assembling estimates, project and business coordination and accounting, creating video and digital marketing materials, and strategic business planning with team members. Garden tasks include planting and maintaining annual and perennial gardens, pruning and propagating fruit trees, berry bushes and perennials, harvesting fruit and vegetables, and finding creative uses for products and waste streams.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized, self directed, have strong listening and communication skills, capable of following directions, willing to learn and ask questions, comfortable with basic garden tools, capable of lifting 30-60 lbs, able to think critically, be a creative problem solver, and have personal accountability.
