Account Manager

Do you excel at providing superior customer service to all external and internal customers? Do you have the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems before they affect our clients.  If so, the Account Manager position maybe just for you.

As an Account Manager you will be primarily responsible for responding to customer email and calls in a prompt and professional manner. Issues may include billing issues, product information requests, service questions, ordering, quality and general client inquiries. 

  • In order to be successful in this position, you will possess the following:
  • One year of B2B Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven creative problem solving and outside the box thinking
  • Acute sense of urgency
