Full-Time Law Clerk / Recent Law Graduate – Civil Litigation Firm (Palo Alto)

A well-established civil litigation firm, specializing in serious personal injury cases, is seeking a full-time law clerk or recent law school graduate to join our growing team. With a newly opened office in downtown Palo Alto, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding practice in a dynamic location.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. A strong commitment to client service is essential. Under minimal supervision, the successful applicant will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Filing, scanning, data entry, and calendaring
Meeting with clients and witnesses
Drafting legal documents and motions
Assisting with trial preparation and other litigation tasks

We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working independently. Opportunities for increased responsibilities and performance-based bonuses are available.
