Sports Photographer – American Lacrosse League (ALL)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Sports Photographer to join our media team and capture the speed, emotion, and energy of live box lacrosse. You'll shoot live games, player portraits, and behind-the-scenes moments for use across social media and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Photograph live box lacrosse games and other team events

Deliver high-resolution action shots optimized for social media 

Collaborate with our social and marketing teams to capture specific shots for campaigns

Take candid and behind-the-scenes photos that show the team culture and fan experience

Organize and label image files for easy retrieval

Edit photos for optimal clarity, lighting, and brand consistency

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in sports or event photography (portfolio required)

Ability to capture crisp, high-quality action shots in dynamic, fast-moving environments

Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)

Strong understanding of social media image formats and storytelling

Reliable transportation to attend home games (travel support may be provided for away games)

Familiarity with lacrosse a plus—but not required
