Product Marketing Manager

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement III

Job Description: A leading tech company is looking for a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive sales enablement strategies. This role will be pivotal in enhancing collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring that the sales team has the tools and resources needed to excel. Role:
🌟 Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.
📊 Develop and maintain a content strategy that helps sales teams through every stage of the buyer journey.
🛠️ Manage and maintain the Seismic platform, ensuring that content is accessible, organized, and aligned with sales priorities.
📈 Analyze content engagement metrics to continuously improve enablement materials.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, upskill needs, and areas for sales improvement.
💡 Create impactful sales enablement assets like one-pagers, blog posts, comparison guides, and campaign kits.

Requirements:
🔹 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Customer Success Enablement, Product Marketing, or related fields.
🔹 Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs and content.
🔹 Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
🔹 Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
🔹 Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven industries is a plus.
🔹 Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools is a bonus.
