TITLE
Talent Acquisition Operations Intern
SUMMARY
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to support the development of a Hiring Hub in SharePoint - a central repository of information with tools, guides, and best practices for hiring managers and interview teams. This internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about HR operations, process improvement, and technology solutions to build and implement a high-impact tool for hiring teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build & Organize the Hiring Hub: With support from the Head of Talent Acquisition you'll learn how to design and develop a SharePoint-based Hiring Hub with easy access to key hiring resources.
Curate and Standardize Content: Work with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to identify, gather and refine hiring-related materials (guides, templates, FAQs).
Enhance User Experience: Structure the site with intuitive navigation and user-friendly design to improve adoption.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with TA and cross-functional HR team members to identify content needs and ensure alignment with company hiring processes.
Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and integration with existing tools.
Collect Feedback & Iterate: Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and make updates to enhance the Hiring Hub's effectiveness.
DESIRED MAJORS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Interest in HR technology and process improvement.
Experience with User Experience Design, SharePoint (or willingness to learn) or HR Technology & Systems
Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Box).
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
PAY RATE
$22/hr
