Intern, Athletic Ticket Office

Students filling this internship position will work with WSU Athletic Ticket Office staff to supervise Customer Service Associates and help manage sport and gameday ticket operations during the Fall 2025 semester. Under the direction of the WSU Athletic Ticket Office staff, the intern’s duties will include the following - programming and maintaining promo codes and other items in the Paciolan ticketing system; scheduling, supervising and training student Customer Service Associates to work home Football, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Baseball games, and during normal hours of operation at the WSU Athletic Ticket Office; end of day sales reporting and cash reconciliation; handling escalated customer service issues; processing season ticket renewals and other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements           Work will count toward required internship credits. Applicants will be required to work all home football games in addition to other athletic events. Please refer to the 2025 Football Schedule, available on wsucougars.com. You must be available to work normal business hours, as well as some nights, weekends and possible holidays as the WSU Athletic Schedule dictates. Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills including a flawless command of the English language. Must be extremely detail oriented. Preference will be given to applicants who meet the required criteria and possess a passion for and knowledge of WSU athletics. Experience in ticket operations and a familiarity of WSU Athletic Ticket Office operations is also preferred
