EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT INTERN POSITION

This position will gain Emergency Management experience. Candidates interested in this field are encouraged to apply.

 

Job location:

Grand County Emergency Management Offices and Operations Center, 350 County Road 5103, Fraser, Colorado

 

Number of positions:

One

 

Schedule:

Three to four days per week 

 

Job description: 

  • Assist with an in-depth Emergency Operations Center (EOC) readiness assessment.
  • Assist to develop strategies and resources to improve EOC capabilities.
  • Attend preparedness outreach events.
  • Provide technical support on various planning efforts.
  • Ongoing monitoring of daily county status.
  • Other duties as assigned.
