About the Role

Crystal Clear Marketing is looking for a Sales & Outreach Intern to help us grow our brand and client base. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify potential clients, manage outreach efforts, and support lead generation for branding and social media services.

If you’re someone who loves connecting with people, organizing leads, and being part of a creative business environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Research and compile outreach lists (ideal clients, collaborators, local brands, etc.)

Write and send outreach messages (emails, DMs, follow-ups)

Organize leads and track conversations using Google Sheets or Notion

Assist in preparing pitch decks or proposal templates

Help coordinate follow-ups and track client progress

Attend creative planning sessions to understand client goals and offers

💡 Ideal Candidate

Strong communicator (written + verbal)

Confident reaching out to new people professionally

Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with follow-through

Interested in digital marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, or branding

Familiar with Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools (or open to learning!)

💸 Compensation

Hourly Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience) OR for-credit internship

Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn commission for bringing in successful client leads (up to 10% per closed sale)

Biweekly pay or invoicing structure provided
