Social Media Intern

About Us:

We’re a fast-growing sports construction company on a mission to build the best tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts in the country—and we’re looking for a creative and energetic intern to help showcase our work to the world. From project kick-offs to final transformations, you’ll be right there capturing the action.

What You’ll Do:

• Film on-site content at active and completed court construction/resurfacing projects

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Create behind-the-scenes content with our crews and customers

• Assist in managing posting schedules and engaging with comments

• Stay on top of social trends to keep content fresh and relevant

• Occasionally shoot photos for posts and stories

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for storytelling, video creation, and sports culture

• Comfortable working on active job sites (outdoors, some travel to locations)

• Experience using editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar

• Strong understanding of TikTok/IG trends, sounds, and formats

• Self-starter with a creative eye and attention to detail

• Bonus: Interest in or knowledge of tennis, pickleball, or basketball
