The Human Resources Internship program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. We need someone who can dedicate 10-15 hours per week (flexible hours to fit your schedule). This is a 3-month internship with the potential for a full-time offer! Interns will work closely with HR professionals to learn about various aspects of HR, including:
- Recruitment and selection
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits
- Training and development
- HR compliance

About Our CEO:
Our CEO has guided the company in real estate development and operations over the past 20 years. With a diverse portfolio spanning new construction, redevelopment, and fix-and-flips, our projects include industrial, mixed-use, wedding venues, residential rentals, remodels, and historic preservation. Our CEO is a seasoned entrepreneur, currently leading a property management company, golf course, multiple wedding venues, and a real estate development company. He's also a licensed real estate broker in several states. Our focus is on building a vertically integrated hospitality company that includes, acquisition, entitlement, design, drafting, general contracting and operations of property.
About Our COO:
Our COO is a highly accomplished senior executive with extensive expertise in property management, leadership development, financial management, human resources, and stakeholder relations. He is adept at optimizing assets, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and fostering talent development to build high-performing teams. With a proven record of managing large portfolios, overseeing substantial revenue budgets, and consistently exceeding financial objectives, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving organizational success by cultivating talent development and employee relations, contributing to the refinement of positive workplace cultures and improved employee retention. Additionally, he is highly skilled in P&L management, project finance, and portfolio risk management, with a consistent history of increasing revenue and maximizing return on investment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and selection activities, such as screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Support employee relations activities, such as handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- Help with administering compensation and benefits programs
- Assist with training and development programs
- Stay up-to-date on HR compliance issues
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Academic Excellence: GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with HR software and systems
