Community Outreach Associate

We are on a mission to meet our client’s expectations and are preparing for the rapid expansion of our community outreach and customer enrollment team. This full time Community Outreach Associate role will focus on engaging with members of the community, educating them on products and services they qualify for, and facilitating the enrollment process. 


 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and enroll them in services available to members of the community 
  • Build lasting professional relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Assist in driving sales revenue by following up on customer inquiries and relaying information to the Sales Team.
  • Promote teamwork and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions offered by our clients.
  • Uphold company values, policies, and guidelines at all times.


 

Qualifications:


 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success or sales.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
  • Track record of achieving sales goals is a plus.
