Farm, Food & Wellness Brand Internship (Ecommerce & Inventory Management)
Location: Historic Nashville Farmers Market, located in the heart of Germantown, Nashville, TN (900 Rosa Parks Blvd.)
Duration: Position available immediately for Spring/Summer Season
Hours & Compensation: 20-30 hours/week at $18/hour. Transition to full-time pending completion of internship and second round of interviews. Complementary microgreens, mushrooms, baked goods and more!

About the Position: We're seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy intern to lead our Shopify eCommerce, email marketing, and inventory management. You'll enhance customer engagement, streamline inventory, and contribute directly to our growth.
Primary Responsibilities:

Shopify eCommerce Management:
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Optimize site with SEO, engaging product descriptions, and accurate images
- Monitor sales data for continuous improvement

Inventory Management with Analytics + Reporting:
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking
- Anticipate inventory needs and streamline processes
- Track KPIs for sales, engagement, and inventory
- Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions

Email Marketing & Newsletter Management:
- Write and manage weekly newsletters
- Grow subscriber base and track analytics
- Collaborate on engaging, mission-driven content
Qualifications:
- Experience with (or eagerness to quickly learn) Shopify and email marketing
- Excellent writing skills for engaging newsletters and promotional materials
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analytics
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Current student or recent graduate in relevant fields (Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Prior experience (personal projects, internships, coursework) in digital marketing, eCommerce, or inventory management
- Familiar with Nashville communities
