TikTok Content Creator / Marketing Intern
Position Overview
We’re looking for college students with a flair for creativity and a strong sense of what resonates on TikTok. As a TikTok Content Creator, you will develop short-form videos that capture attention, reflect our brand values, and demonstrate how the app can help users in their daily lives.
About our Company
We’re currently focused on growing Glim — an AI-powered oral care app that helps users improve their dental health with personalized routines, smart tracking, and custom insights.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founder to lead TikTok content and growth efforts for Glim.
- Film, edit, and post high-volume short-form TikToks that feel native, fresh, and trend-driven.
- Appear on camera — acting as the face of our brand presence.
- Rapidly iterate on video concepts, test hooks, and double down on what drives downloads.
- Identify new trends, challenges, and cultural moments that align with our voice.
- Contribute creative ideas for future campaigns and organic growth experiments.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in TikTok and the creator economy — you’re probably already posting or at least obsessed with the algorithm.
- Comfortable on camera - confident speaking directly to an audience.
- Ability to film and produce TikTok videos on your phone.
- Strategic thinker who’s curious about how content drives downloads, not just views.
- Someone interested in learning about user physiology and translating these concepts into marketing.
- Good communication and creative collaboration skills.
Bonus:
- Already have a TikTok presence with your own followers.
- Has knowledge in beauty, wellness, hygiene, or health spaces.
