Biodiversity/Landscape Intern - Aikido Apprentice

Aikido in Fredericksburg is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational corporation. Our green headquarters studio is located adjacent to 40 green acres in rural Spotsylvania, Virginia

We're looking for someone to work eight hours per week in exchange for housing and tuition to study Aikido. This could be a summer or fall internship. Additional paid hours may be available.

You will learn about and help control invasive plant species. You will learn about and help nurture native plant species. You may help in implementing forest management plans. You may assist with applying for and receiving green certifications. You will help with landscaping maintenance.
