Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential affiliates and partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliates and partners through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating technical knowledge of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize market approaches and improve sales techniques.
- Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage prospect information, and report on sales activities.
- Stay informed about corporate activities and offerings to effectively position our products/services.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Experience and Skills
- Must be goal driven and willing and able to make daily calls to potential affiliates and partners.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as part of the larger team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficient with Excel and LinkedIn.

Compensation: Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have endless earning potential, and we do not cap commissions! This position pays a competitive hourly rate with an aggressive commission plan and bonuses. Base pay and commissions paid bi-weekly.

Standard Workday: Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
Location: This position is not remote and will be required to work in the office of our corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.
