Role Overview:
As an Advertising Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our agency and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and go-to contact for all advertising needs.
Campaign Strategy & Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with client goals and budgets.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Client Presentations: Lead client meetings and presentations, providing updates, insights, and campaign recommendations.
Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide clients with data-driven insights to help shape their advertising strategies.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction by offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and deliver detailed reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of advertising strategies and marketing trends.
