PK Cabinet, a rapidly expanding company in the home improvement and cabinetry space, is looking for passionate and motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. We want competitive, coachable, and driven individuals who are ready to build a successful career in sales—and grow with us as we scale.

Every sales rep at PK Cabinet starts with a strong foundation in lead generation and relationship building. We pride ourselves on promoting from within, and every team member is developed with clear growth paths toward senior roles and beyond.

You'll learn how to prospect dealers, contractors, and designers, build strong customer relationships, and communicate the value of our premium cabinetry solutions. As you master the fundamentals, you’ll get the opportunity to own your book of business, close deals, and take your earnings to the next level.

Top-performing reps are eligible for promotion within their first year, and we offer uncapped commissions. This is more than a job—it's a career launchpad.

 

 

Specifically, you will…

  • Participate in our hands-on training program to get you up to speed on cabinetry products, sales cycles, and industry trends
  • Travel to dealers, cold call, prospect, and follow up with builders, and other commercial buyers
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for design and product walkthroughs
  • Partner with experienced senior reps and sales managers to drive pipeline growth
  • Surpass monthly sales goals and earn uncapped bonus
  • Receive one-on-one coaching and feedback to continuously sharpen your skills
